  • Your vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition, including having valid Tax and MOT. If your vehicle is not roadworthy and you cannot provide proof of a new application at the time of collection, the service will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
  • Gatwick Parking Ltd accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house keys, or other keys left on the keyring. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct keys, alarm fobs, and instructions for starting your vehicle are provided to the driver.
  • COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
    Gatwick Parking Ltd will consider complaints on your behalf. Complaints must be submitted via the support desk, and all relevant documents and receipts must be provided.
  • You should expect a reply within 28 working days of receipt of your complaint. In case of delays, you will be informed of the reason.
  • All complaints regarding service provision must be lodged within 24 hours of your return to the UK. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.
  • If you encounter a problem at your chosen car park, inform the Gatwick Parking Ltd immediately to allow them the opportunity to resolve it.
  • Failure to inform the Gatwick Parking Ltd at the time of the issue may hinder the ability to address the complaint later.
  • Gatwick Parking Ltd reserves the right to move vehicles within or outside the car park on public and private property for efficient management, emergencies, or to prevent accidents or obstructions.
  • Gatwick Parking Ltd will make every effort to assist with registered complaints; however, assistance is not guaranteed.
  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    These Terms and Conditions apply only to bookings made directly through this website.
  • As a booking agent and operator Gatwick Parking Ltd is liable to customers only for losses directly resulting from its negligence in processing bookings and service.
  • The total liability of Gatwick Parking Ltd for all claims arising from website/service use is limited to the cost of the booking and service, including parking and booking fees paid to Gatwick Parking Ltd.
  • DISTANCE SELLING
    Under Regulation 6(b) of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, contracts for the provision of transport and leisure services, where services are provided on a specific date or within a specific period, are exempt from the traditional 'cooling off' period for online goods and services. Cancellations are subject to the contractual terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
  • MODIFICATION
    Gatwick Parking Ltd may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website, including telephone bookings, is subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of use.
